Volumes - Weighted

Nu metal / djent / prog metalcore band Volumes dropped a new single back in September titled "Weighted". I love how this band sounds. They're so cool! They've got a great combination of sounds that all work together very well. In this song, I really like how heavy and prevalent the djent sound is. The vocals are absolutely brutal. I thought it's really interesting though how the guitars are almost louder than the vocals in a lot of sections. Almost like they're more the focus of the song than the vocals are. I also thought the music video was very well done. I really enjoyed this song. ~Gangis
