State Of Mine - The Thunder Rolls

Michigan based metal band State of Mine dropped a cover of "The Thunder Rolls", the classic country rock song. I love this cover! It's great! It pretty much takes the original song and makes it heavier and harder but they keep a bit of the country twang to it. I appreciate that unlike many other covers of this song, they actually used thunder sound effects. I think this is definitely a very solid and well done cover. It definitely pays a great homage to the original, but is different enough that they made it their own. I enjoyed it a lot. ~Gangis
