Sparks - Armies of The Night (Fright Night)

Though the movie has a self-titled song already on its soundtrack (read here), this tune could easily be the main theme as it has both a sense of a darker rock combined with some thematic lyrics. This could easily have been the theme when Evil Ed walks down the alley before getting stopped by Dandridge…or the climatic scene when they all go to his house at the end to conquer and kill once and for all, taking place at night nonetheless. Some tunes on a soundtrack get lost in the shuffle but this one deserves a second look. The beat itself sounds familiar 80s-esque but has a great aura to it that’s perfectly suitable to a vamp horror flick with seduction, thrills, and comedy. Check this one out.
