Sinisstar - Psychosexy (Heavy Metal 2000)

The original ‘Heavy Metal’ movie was ahead of its time; great animation, intriguing stories, and of course the soundtrack that to this day remains a staple in classic rock. It’s lesser known follow-up, Heavy Metal 2000, doesn’t quite have the soundtrack as kick-ass as the first but it’s an extremely high bar to live up to. One of the more underrated tracks in the list though, is ‘PSYCHOSEXY by Sinisstar. It starts off with a slow burn that jumps into screaming vocals but actually finds its footing with a great chorus, beat, and instrumentals by the time the song is done. Treat yourself to the whole soundtrack, but don’t sleep on this track.
