Riggs - Radar Rider (Heavy Metal Soundtrack)

When the original 'Heavy Metal' movie of anthology sci-fi future themes starts, the first tune you’ll hear blasting is RADAR RIDER. You'll see a car cruising through space before the stories start and that is the theme and energy you’ll get from the song. Yes, many songs on the soundtrack embody this ‘driving’ and ‘free’ spirit’ but this one especially makes you feel like you’ll kick it in high gear before going on your own personal mission. Not the longest song and it has a lot of repetition, but still worth a shout out for some classic rock from one of the most original entities to come out of the early 80s.
