Prism Schism ~ Sante Adairus 7.0% ABV

Brewed with Mosaic hops, this is a nice smooth flavored beer. It tends to be on the bitter side but when mixed with some nice chicken tacos on a hot day its do able. A few of the folks I was with said they compared it to a West Coast IPA. I can see a slow drink of it on a nice hot day. If you like a dank beer then you will love this one. ~ Phoenix
