POWERWOLF - Demons Are A Girl's Best Friend ft. Alissa White-Gluz (Single Review)

German power metal group Powerwolf dropped a new single yesterday titled "Demons Are A Girl's Best Friend". This song is great! It starts off with a blood curdling scream, before kicking into a sort of dark but upbeat sounding song with an organ, brutal vocals, and a great bassline. I really like the "Whoooaaa" clean vocals, they're a nice touch and contrast to the growls. Towards the end we also get some creepy whispery vocals. The music video is very elaborate featuring some fantastic costuming and special fx and editing. It felt like watching a dark fantasy film. I enjoyed this one immensely! I highly recommend checking it out. ~Gangis
