Killer Workout - Rock and Rock

Killer Workout (formerly titled 'Aerobicide', better name IMO), is a little known little horror gem from the 80s where the main scene of the the whodunit murders takes place at...where else...at a gym! Though this could easily have been too low budget with too cheesy a story the movie itself is actually decent and should get more recognition. As should it's pumpin' soundtrack..true to the movie's theme, one of it's main tunes will get you either in the gym, or or at least off the couch, as you take in the catchy and memorable beats. Try this one during your next routine.
