Kalahari - The Swarm (Single Review)

Italian modern metal group Kalahari released a new single yesterday titled "The Swarm". I'd never heard of these guys before, but I figured with such a cool band name, song title, and album cover that it might be worth checking out. I am definitely not disappointed! This song is great! It has a very dark gothic feel to the sound, which is especially evident in the intro and ending. It also has some death metal vibes. The vocals are really well done with a fantastic mix of brutal growls and clean. The guitarists absolutely shred. The drummer slams. I really can't say enough good stuff about this song. I enjoyed it immensely and definitely recommend checking it out. ~Gangis
