HELL HOUSE 3: LAKE OF FIRE (2019)

Ohhhh the end of a trilogy..how to cap it all off with an excellent first entry, OK second, and still want to retain all the fan base? In this one, we have a gentleman Russell, and any secrets he may or may not have, as well as past and present souls finally colliding to solve the mystery of what really happened all those years ago at the Abaddon and cult-master Andrew Tully. To begin with, this one fares a bit more decent than part 2...if anything because it seems to relish in its somewhat small scope which allows it to focus on a tighter story to try and wrap everything up. Like any horror sequel's downfall, the scares as they come are nothing new but are still fun enough as we speed towards a conclusion that's weirdly different than you might expect and depending on your expectations will love it or just merely...like it. Either way, if you're a fan of this first two...you must see how it ends. After jumping into the lake, you can always get out and not look back if you don't like what you see.
