Concrete Blonde - Bloodletting (Vampire Song)

One of the more famous hits from Alternative band Concrete Blonde, BLOODLETTING marked their shift into more of a gothic rock tune and it definitely shows...for the beat then for the lyrics themselves. I mean, what's a more gothic image than vampires running around the dark corridors of New Orleans? Though songs often can be interpreted multiple ways, I prefer to take this one at face value as it's that much more fun. Irregardless of your preference, the vocal-less beginning when the music ramps up to full-on energy is worth the price the admission alone. This one never fails to put some energy into your soul.
