Blutengel - Forever Young

German electronic/dance music group Blutengel put out a new single earlier today which is a cover of "Forever Young" originally by Rod Stewart. This cover comes off of their "Fountain of Destiny" album coming out on March 12th. I think that they did an absolutely fantastic job with this song. They took it out of the original context and made it about very dark and goth and like it's from a vampire's perspective. What a genius idea. So smart and such a great spin to put on a song that many people use as a memorial type song. The song sounds pretty true to the original, but it's more haunting and creepy. I also really enjoyed the video. It is beautifully shot and fits the music really well. ~Gangis
