Bala - Hoy No

Galician female fronted rock/grunge band Bala dropped a new single last week titled "Hoy No". I've never heard grunge in Galician (A regional form of Spanish) before, but I absolutely love it! This song is from their "Maleza" album that's coming out on May 14th. The only bad thing I have to say is that this song is less than two and a half minutes long. I want more! The vocals are super badass and filled with a very emotionally charged punk attitude. They've got a classic 90's era grunge sound. I also really like the intentionally sort of fuzzy recording quality, it adds to the whole feel of their sound. I enjoyed this so much. I can't wait for their new album to come out! ~Gangis
