Avatar FINALLY put out a new song!

I've been following the Swedish metal band Avatar for around ten years. After almost two and a half years without anything new, they announced last week that they were working on a new album, and that their era of "Avatar Country" is over. I just listened to their new song that they premiered this afternoon "Silence in the Age of Apes. Wow! The video itself is their usual dark and sort of mysterious style. But, it's really well done and really visually interesting and appealing. The song is a lot heavier than a lot of what I'm used to from them, but their technical execution as always is on point. They always make me headbang, but damn my neck is sore. This tune is kick ass and I can't wait to see what else will be on the new album, and hopefully I get to see them again next time they tour. ~Gangis
