Apricot Sournova ~ Almanac 5.6% AVB

I was excited about this beer because it’s a sour that’s been aged in oak barrels. It says it has apricots and vanilla however I was not able to get the vanilla at all. It was a bit tarter than my liking but if you can get past that first bite the apricot flavor followed up make it worth the drink. Have a tissue handy cause it may make your eyes water at the first taste. ~ Phoenix
